Our Favorite - The Anti-Ouch Pouch!!  This is a pillow disguised as a purse to allow surgery patients to cushion the arm, and move around freely.  The only difference we prefer to make the straps longer, and able to tie, with no Velcro.  It was featured in the April 2008 issue of Sew News magazine.  It's VERY easy to make, and would be a great service project for youth and church groups!!!
